What to Expect from your Photoshoot

• I would love to hear from you about your ideas for your photoshoot. Please use the contact form on my website or send me a message through social media.
• Upon contact from yourself we will arrange a quick 10 minute discovery call to chat through your ideas and run through my packages available for you.
• After our call if you would like to go ahead I will send over my packages, contract and booking fee invoice for you.

• Roughly 2 weeks before your shoot we will have our 30 minute planning session.
• This is where we can chat through outfit choices, locations around the yard, particular shots you might like to recreate and just gather a picture in our heads of what your shoot will look like.
• I will also make sure I have all the up to date contact details I need and the correct location of the yard.

I hope you’re as excited on the day as I am!

I will turn up at the agreed location and time, not a problem if you are still grooming and getting ready. I like to take a bit of time chatting and getting to know you and for your horse to get familiar with me and my camera. I will also take a little walk around to scout out some great locations for photos.

As soon as you are ready to go we will head off to the first location. My style is very relaxed and I want to make you as comfortable in front of the camera as possible. Therefore I like to keep things chatty and find out more about the relationship between you and your horse. Without you realising this really helps me also to capture your best moments together as you can’t help but give them a cuddle while telling me all about them!

The rest of the shoot from here usually flows in a very natural way, we will move around the area picking out 3 or 4 different backdrops. We will factor in the outfit changes usually a new outfit in a new location.

The shoot is totally tailored to your needs so I will make sure we have covered everything and got all the shots you wanted before we wrap up the shoot.

I will go home and upload and back up your photos straight away for maximum security. That evening or the next day I will have a little look through your images and pick one or two to share to social media and send to you as a little sneak peak.

Then the magic happens, I will go through and create your gallery of beautiful images for you from the shoot to choose from. This gallery is usually around 80 images and takes me around 3-4 weeks to finalise.

Then depending on your package we will have our in person viewing or over zoom depending on location. I will present your gallery to you and this allows us to work through together picking out your favourite images and select prints and digitals for you to keep.

After selection of images has taken place I will prepare the USB box and send off any print and frame orders to my photo lab.

Prints take 1-2 weeks to return and frames 2-3 weeks, this will then all be delivered to you to be cherished forever.

The images are then ready to be cherished forever.
